Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the 980 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use 980's services.

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 980 platform. Registering more than one account — whether using a different name, address, phone number, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. This includes using a strong password, not sharing your account details with anyone, and ensuring you log out from public or shared devices. 980 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 980 support team immediately. 980 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account for investigation and user protection purposes.
Platform Usage Rules
All 980 platform users are required to comply with the usage rules set out below. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Taking any action that disrupts the stability, security, or performance of 980's systems.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or rewards in a manner that violates the original intent of the offer.
- Attempting to manipulate game or betting outcomes through any unauthorised means.
- Spreading misleading, false, or damaging content or information that could harm 980's reputation.
- Using the platform for any purpose that contravenes applicable Malaysian law.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure without prior notice, and freezing of the account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.
Payments & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit
All financial transactions on the 980 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment details provided are accurate and up to date. 980 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods, including local e-wallets and online banking.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. 980 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal, particularly for accounts involving high transaction volumes or unusual activity.
Any bonuses or credits received through promotional programmes or VIP rewards may be subject to rollover requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific conditions for each promotion are stated in the relevant promotional terms, which can be reviewed in your account. Users are encouraged to read these terms carefully before accepting any offer.
980 is not responsible for any additional charges or fees imposed by banks or e-wallet providers during the deposit or withdrawal process. Any transaction disputes must be reported to customer support within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
The 980 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 980 does not guarantee that the platform will operate uninterrupted, be free from errors, or be fit for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, 980 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
All content on the 980 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of 980 or its content providers and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from 980.
The 980 platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for user convenience. 980 does not control the content of those websites and is not responsible for any losses arising from your use of or reliance on the content, goods, or services found on any third-party site.
Changes to Terms, Account Closure & Governing Law
980 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted to the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
980 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for reasons including breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or requests from law enforcement agencies. In cases of account closure due to a breach, any balance associated with bonuses or promotional credits will not be refunded. Valid deposit balances not subject to any dispute will be returned in accordance with 980's standard procedures.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the 980 platform shall be resolved through confidential negotiation first, before any legal action is taken. Users agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiation.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed while the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
